Where to have a photo shoot in Klaipėda? This question often comes up when preparing for a family session, personal portraits, a maternity shoot, business headshots or a creative project. Klaipėda offers not only striking outdoor locations, but also photo studios where you can shoot regardless of rain, wind or season.
For some, the most important thing is soft natural daylight and a cosy interior; others need a cyclorama, neutral backdrops and full control over every detail of the lighting. To make the choice easier, we review four Klaipėda photo studios featured on the Photo Yesterday platform, explain their strengths and share tips on planning your photo session.
CONTENTS ============ PART 1 ============The sea, the Old Town streets, the Danė riverside and the city's architecture give photo sessions a distinctive mood. Still, when shooting outdoors you have to adapt to the weather, the light and the people around you. In a photo studio it's easier to control the environment: no need to worry about rain, strong wind or quickly changing light.
A studio is especially convenient when photographing small children, planning a session with several outfits, needing special lighting equipment or wanting a neutral backdrop. But not every studio suits every idea – before booking, it's worth finding out what the interior is like and what options are available.
Tip: the studios below differ in their spaces, lighting options and pricing. On each of their profiles on the Photo Yesterday platform you can view additional photos and find contact details.
============ PART 2 - SOL ============SOL FOTOSTUDIJA is located in the centre of Klaipėda, on the fourth floor of "Herkaus galerija". What sets the studio apart are its large south-facing windows that let in plenty of natural light. This is especially relevant for anyone looking for soft, cosy light for portraits, family sessions or lifestyle photography.
One of the studio's more interesting advantages is a terrace overlooking the city centre. It lets you combine interior shots with outdoor photography without moving to another location. The studio also offers NANLITE continuous lighting, a NANLITE Spotlight, GODOX flashes, coloured backdrops, hanging fabrics, textures and props, including items for children's photography.
If you're planning a session with small children, practical amenities will also come in handy: a lift from the underground car park and a child-friendly toilet in the studio. Because of this, SOL is worth considering not only for creative projects, but also for a family session with a pram or lots of gear.
Especially worth considering for: families, children, personal portraits, maternity, lifestyle and natural-light photography lovers.
Price: until 3 November 2026 – 25 €/h on weekdays until 6 pm, 30 €/h at other times; from 3 November to 10 January, holiday-season prices of 30 and 35 €/h respectively apply. Cancellation: free of charge at least 48 h in advance.

============ PART 3 - TIL2 ============Til2 studio is located at Tiltų g. 16, on the second floor of the "Kiras" shopping centre. The main advantage of this venue is the choice between two spaces of a different character. This makes it easier to match the setting to the specific idea for your session.
Studio A focuses on a stylish interior and a variety of shooting angles. It has furniture, large windows with natural light, one flash, two daylight lamps and a directional Spotlight. This setting can suit portraits, fashion, lifestyle and personal branding photography.
Studio B has a cyclorama, so it's suitable when you need a seamless, clean background. It is listed with four GODOX flashes, three daylight lamps, a Spotlight and lighting accessories. Coloured backdrops add extra options for advertising photography or video projects.
If you want an interior mood, look into Studio A first. If your priority is crisp, controlled lighting or a minimalist background, it's worth checking what Studio B has to offer.
Especially worth considering for: creators of portraits, fashion, advertising, personal branding, product and video content.
Address: Tiltų g. 16, "Kiras" shopping centre, 2nd floor, Klaipėda. Prices: 30 €/h on weekdays until 6 pm and 35 €/h later, at weekends and on public holidays. Free cancellation – at least 24 hours in advance.

============ PART 4 - AURORIS ============Auroris fotostudija, located at Naujojo Sodo g. 1A, will appeal to those who want to create shots with different moods in a single session. The studio has four shooting zones in one room: you can move from a minimalist portrait to a cosier composition with interior details.
Large windows and high ceilings give a sense of space and light, while three backdrops, furniture and decorations help change the style of your shots. Photographers are also offered two studio flashes, one more powerful and two smaller continuous light lamps.
These options are useful for creating varied content in one visit: for example, several series of personal portraits, social media photos, commercial shots or a couple's session. If you like visual variety, take a look at all four studio zones before choosing.
Especially worth considering for: personal, couple, family, brand and creative sessions when you want different shots in one place.
Address: Naujojo Sodo g. 1A, Klaipėda. Listed price: 25 €/h.

============ PART 5 - STUDIJAB ============StudijaB is located at Trilapio g. 8. It is described as a small but functional creative space. South-facing windows provide natural light, and a mini cyclorama lets you shoot against a seamless background.
The studio also has continuous lighting equipment with accessories, so it suits both photographers and video content creators. The minimalist setting is especially useful when you want the viewer's attention to go to the person, garment or product being photographed rather than to elaborate interior decorations.
StudijaB is worth considering for business portraits, product photos, fashion or conceptual photography projects. If your session needs lots of different decorated corners, first look at its photos and size – this space is deliberately geared towards a compact, functional format.
Especially worth considering for: portraits, fashion, products, short video projects and minimalist content.
Address: Trilapio g. 8, Klaipėda. Listed price: 15 €/h, minimum rental time – 2 hours; each additional hour is listed at 10 €, full-day rental – 80 €.

============ PART 6 - BY TYPE ============When choosing a studio for a session with children, a beautiful backdrop isn't the only thing that matters. Think about whether the space is convenient for changing clothes and bringing a pram, whether there's enough natural light and whether there are child-friendly props. SOL has a child-friendly WC and a lift, while Auroris offers several different shooting zones. Still, the final choice is best matched to the photographer's style and the child's needs.
If you want soft, natural shots, look for studios with bright interiors. If you have more dramatic lighting or a minimalist backdrop in mind, check studios with flashes, a Spotlight or a cyclorama. The Til2 B or StudijaB spaces may suit this well.
For a commercial project, decide in advance how many different shots you need, whether you'll be photographing small products or filming videos. Til2 offers a choice between an interior and a cyclorama, Auroris has four zones, and StudijaB provides a minimalist working environment. If you need specific lighting equipment, check before booking whether it's included in the rental price.
For this kind of session, a calm pace, privacy and comfort are often what matter most. Natural-light studios let you create subtle, cosy shots, while a neutral backdrop helps bring out emotion. Don't judge by the interior's looks alone – also think about time to change, rest and discuss the shots with the photographer.
============ PART 7 - PRICE ============The starting hourly prices of the studios in this guide range from 15 to 30 €, but the actual amount depends on the studio, duration, day and season. For example, StudijaB requires a minimum two-hour rental, while SOL lists different rates for the holiday period.
Important: renting a photo studio usually does not mean the photographer's service is included in the price. If you leave organising the session to a photographer, ask whether the studio rental is already included in their offer.
============ PART 8 - WHAT TO CHECK ============Good preparation saves time during the session itself. Before you arrive, it's worth agreeing with the photographer on outfits, colours, example shots and priorities.
============ CTA BLOCK ============Browse Klaipėda studio profiles, compare interiors and get in touch with the place you like.
Discover photo studios in Klaipėda ============ FAQ SECTION ============Studio rental and photography are often separate services. If you want to shoot in the studio yourself, check the specific studio's rental rules and equipment terms before booking.
For simple portraits, one hour is sometimes enough, but a family session, several outfits or a commercial project may need more time. When choosing the duration, don't forget about preparation and changing clothes.
Some studios, such as Til2 studio and StudijaB, mention lighting suitable for video projects in their descriptions. However, sound conditions, equipment and filming restrictions should be discussed individually.
If you haven't chosen a photographer yet, in the Photo Yesterday photographer directory you can browse creators' portfolios, look at the style of their work and get in touch about a photo session.
============ DISCLAIMER ============Studio information and prices were checked on 27 October 2026 based on the descriptions in Photo Yesterday profiles. Prices, equipment and rental rules may change. Please confirm the terms directly with the studio before booking.
